The roots of Ciconte Wasserman LLC trace back to 1973, when founding attorney Edward T. Ciconte, following his service in the United States Air Force and graduation from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, began trying jury and bench trials across Delaware courts.
Over the subsequent five decades, Ed Ciconte earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, taught trial practice and commercial litigation for the Delaware State Bar Association, and built an enduring reputation for radical integrity and courtroom preparation.
Managing Partner Adam F. Wasserman joined the firm after prestigious judicial clerkships with the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware (Hon. Sherry R. Fallon) and externship with the Supreme Court of Delaware (Chief Justice Myron T. Steele). Today, Adam leads the firm’s litigation docket across auto crashes, catastrophic premises liability, bad faith insurance disputes, and employment discrimination.
